This site is operated by Robert Khoubian Market Intelligence. Contact details are in the site footer.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name and email address, created at checkout.
- Order data — purchased items, billing details and payment status.
- Delivery records — which licensed copies were downloaded, when, and under which licence ID.
- Newsletter data — email address, only with your consent.
3. Why we collect it
To deliver purchased reports to your account, to identify each licensed copy, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and to send publication updates you asked for.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers; full card details never reach our servers.
5. Cookies
The cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time. Essential cookies required for the cart and your account cannot be switched off.
6. Sharing
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service — payment, email delivery and hosting providers — under their own data-processing agreements. It is never sold.
7. Retention
Order and licence records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, using the contact details in the footer. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
